Ovarian Mass = removal of left ovary & tube 9/13

Removal of  ruptured right tube 5/8/14
IVF or adoption??

    Memories for sure! Southern where did you get that template to make that adorable collage of your beautiful little girl?! I want to start making stuff like that for my little man and have NO idea where to even do it at.
