Late for the party - Intro :)

Hey ladies,

I would have thought that this introduction would have come months ago, but finally getting back in shape and losing the baby weight just hasn't been a top priority, until now. For a quick background, I've struggled with weight my whole life, and lost about 70 lbs 5 years ago, (200 lbs down to about 130) and with this pregnancy gained 45 of that back. I still have 30 to lose to get back to my goal weight. And breastfeeding has not made it "all fall off" for me, sadly. I used to be a big runner but stopped running while TTC and haven't ran since (so it's been about 17 months...wow that looks way worse being typed out!) I just joined a women's running group and it starts tomorrow. I don't even know my body anymore and am kinda dissappointed in myself that I've taken so many steps back. Looking forward to getting to know you ladies and getting motivated, lifted up and inspired by eachother!

*Also I am a Private Chef so occasionally will be posting my easy, healthy recipes that I make my Clients all the time for you ladies to enjoy!  :)
