Recommend some outdoor toys

We have a playset, bubble mowers, wade pools, sidewalk chalk, gardening tools, t-ball set. Oh, and we have a sand box.

I plan to get the Pirate Ship water table/toy.

What else do your kids love?

  • Some big beach balls and a soccer net.  Basket ball hoop (one of the ones with adjustable heights).  And for some strange reason an inexpensive set of mini orange cones is one of our most popular outdoor toys.

Well, we live in a 'hood.  If they actually dug a hole in the yard, my H would have a heart attack or mental breakdown. If they left a rock for the mower to hit?  He'd be PO'd.

We're going to have a small garden this year, but thats as 'natural' as they'll get to dirt exploration. And we have no trees, either. (well no large ones..we planted 5 last year)

  • Ditto the orange cones. Those are a huge hit here too.

Stomp rocket, soccer net, scooter, balls (of every size shape color and variety). And one of DS's favorites is the hose. He loves to play with it and help wash the car.

  • They love, love, love this...

We also have soccer goal w/ cones, playhouse (tent one now), frizbees, playground balls, spin sprinkler thing, scooters, ride on toys, bikes, etc.

We've also discussed getting a climbing dome...but we are getting a playscape & between that, a garden & patio there is no room for one at our new house.
