Hello,
I am pregnant with my first baby. I have insurance through my job, but we do not have good coverage for dependents. My husband gets his insurance through the VA, so we are trying to figure out how we will get the baby insurance once it arrives. Anyone have any advice on finding an individual plan for a newborn? Is that even possible?
Thank you!
Re: How to get baby on health insurance
Why is your dependent coverage not great? I would think that would be better than buying a private policy to cover an infant. I'm guessing if you are both working that you don't qualify for AHCCS.
Can you sign up for a new plan during open enrollment?
