Motrin at 12 weeks...?

I had to take my mom to the Dr bc she has strep throat. After being around her for a few hours I felt like I was getting it too. I doesed up on Vitamin C, lots of water, took some Zicam meltaways and Motrin. It didn't dawn on me that Motrin is ibuprofin but I took only 3 pills in the course of 18 hours. Do you think that those 3 pills will hurt anything? When I took the Motrin I was 11w6d and 12 weeks (late night into early morning is when I took the Motrin).

I'm sure you are fine!  Just make sure to take tylenol from now on.

I highly doubt taking it a few times will harm anything.  It is a pregnancy category C drug.  Plus, you are 12 weeks so most of the critical development time has already happened.
