costco and formula question

My friend gave me a $10 similac check, and I see the formula we use is at Costco.  Think I will have any issues using someone elses check there?

they will take formula checks but not coupons

One time I was questioned with a formula check that did not have my name on it and I just told the clerk that a friend and I trade different brand formula checks because our kids use different brands and she said it was fine.

I've never had a problem doing that, although I've never done it at Costco.

I am pretty sure you can sign up on their websights (enfamil/similac). Also at some hospitals you recieve a giftset when you are discharged from one of them. I started getting stuff when pg with W, but just recently have started supplementing with his evening feeding.

I actually have it, and can use my parents.  I am hoping one container will last until we transition to milk, he only gets 6oz a day of formula, unless I am gone for bedtime.  thanks though.
