NBR- need a contractor or type to look at a window frame

I know you ladies are are so helpful I thought this might be worth a try. Dh and I are currently purchasing a house and we are trying to get someone to come look at a window (the current owners hooked a window box to the window and its pulling the window frame out). If anyone has a contact I need the help! We are hoping to get someone out this week!
