Good morning ladies!
Today is a new day. I haven't had my daily dose of Jillian yet but I will during naptime. I'm starting to lose motivation with the 6w6p. I feel like I am losing what I gained doing the Shred (endurance, strength). I may have to start incorporating more strength moves on my own.

Good morning! Haven't done my workout yet... but when I do I will be D5L1. It IS getting easier, and the soreness is starting to go away!
Shugs- does the 6W6Pack program have any strength moves besides abs? Maybe you could incorporate a Shred workout a few times a week just to keep your muscle strength?
How are all the other shredders out there doing?
I have not worked out in like a week. Being lazy, thinking doing 30 day shred & c25k everyother day. I get bored so easy, here is to hoping I can get a workout in before I go to sleep tonight since I couldn't get out of bed this morning. I hate being so lazy!!
The 6w6p really only focuses on cardio and abs. There are a few moves like squat twists that work your legs and abs but nothing to the extent of the Shred. I may have to think about doing the Shred again as well. I'm almost done with level 1 so we'll see what level 2 has to offer first.
Just finished D1 of Level 2. I started the Shred over on Friday after a 2 week break and moved back up to L2 today which is where I was when I stopped the first time. It's tough getting back into it and it almost killed me today but it feels good having done it. I'm resolving to stick with it this time because I saw great results when I was doing it before. I have about 25 lbs I want to lose so I hope this jump starts my weight loss!!
