My baby turned two today

So bittersweet.  I cried putting her to bed. I'll never have a baby again.  Hard to believe it's been two years. Sigh.

Happy birthday! It was hard for me, too. But only because I know fo' sho' that she's my last. This baby barn is CLOSED.

LOL.  She's definitely my last too. (  Every time I jokingly say I want another, my husbands response is " you want another kid? get another husband"

Maile's second birthday this year was by far my hardest. Every little milestone of hers is so bittersweet to me. I know I'm done but it breaks my heart that I'll never have another baby learn to walk, or smile at me for the first time, or say mama for the first time. I have a harder time enjoying those things because it's also so sad for me...but I'm very sentimental about these types of things anyway. I cry on every birthday!

Ok I'm right there with you guys.  I've never been a sap until I had kids and now I'm like ready to cry at every little thing.   Happy 2 yrs!
