Can I get some good vibes? (BFP)

We just got a BFP this weekend. We had a missed miscarriage in August (discovered at 10 weeks, sac only measured 5 weeks), then we just had a chemical pregnancy my first month trying again in January.  I am excited but really nervous. Because the last two pregnancy experiences didnt work out, I sort of feel like I shouldnt get too excited becuase it will just get thrown back in my face.

I got HCG and progesterone drawn Friday & I will get another HCG on Monday and again Wednesday and I am really hoping for the labs to reveal a healthy pregnancy.

I could really use some good vibes over here. I just really really really want another baby to snuggle and nurse and wear and kiss, and even more, I want DD to be a big sister! Or if anyone has any tips on how to stay positive in this situation, if you've been there, I am all ears.

sending you some good thoughts. I was beside myself when I saw the BFP this time and worried out of my mind! Since I had MC before also, this is a hard time, but think how blessed you are that you are pregnant and that the chances are great that you will have a little brother or sister for DD. Good luck.

This is what I need to remind myself. That despite my recent history, the majority of BFPs will lead to a healthy baby. Thanks for the vibes! Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy : )

Have you tried to go on PgAL (pregnant after a loss)  they will be able to better answer your questions and give support because they have ALL been through a loss or multiple.

Yes, I have lurked there a bit & posted the other day. I just feel comfortable here and know there is a lof of positivity and many caring people here, so I wanted to request some love : )

first of all congrats!  

Senondly when I was PG with my son someone on first tri told me whenever I get stessed out or had a bad feeling about the pregnancy to tell myself "Today I am pregnant and I love it, if the situation chances tomorrow I'll deal with it tomorrow"

It worked for me! Good Luck

CONGRATULATIONS! 

I had to go through the hormone level testing when I was prego with Cooper due to prior miscarriages.  It was tough waiting everyday for those results.

Congrats! (I am a new to board, infrequent poster...)

When I got pregnant with DS some people really reacted funny to us telling people early (we told family very early, DH's since they smoke, mine at my grandmother's 75th birthday). My thought was that I loved the baby and was happy and excited... whatever would be, would be... and if something bad happened, I wanted people to know why... that was just me...
