AW: first attempt at shorties PIP

Just finished crocheting DS's first pair of shorties, they're a little big but I guess he'll eventually grow into them.  My MIL and GMIL were helping me get started and suggested that I start with something easier because this was much to hard for a first project....guess I showed them! LOL!

Cute!!  They are great for your first pair   My first pair of knit longies ended up with such a high rise that I added straps and made them overalls ;P

the rise came out perfect but they're way to big around the hips and the inseam is a little long, but i was expecting that.  I'm going to have to remeasure him for the next pair
