How Do I Post my Pregnancy Ticker!

Just found out this morning I'm preggo. I can't figure out how to post my ticker with my posts. Help! And I don't understand all the abbreviations yet so please be specific if you can! Thanks!!!

    Read the first post at the top of the page, it will tell you where to go for the abbreviations.

    Ticker - once it's created, you want to edit your signature. Click "my bump" in the top left corner of the screen. Just above the avatar on the next screen, click "edit my avatar and sig." Scroll down to the bottom box and input the ticker info there.
