Anyone else having difficulty breathing at 9 weeks? I am feeling short of breath while just sitting on the couch watching t.v. I am already showing and just wondering if anyone else was experiencing shortness of breath without exertion?
I had an OB appointment today and she said "totally normal, its actually how I realized I was pregnant both times" She was training for a triathalon and her swim coach was teasing her about 'why are you so winded" and she realized haha! So being out of shape had nothing to do with it, made me feel better.
Just wait until your farther along. At least with me, I would all of a sudden go into a panic and feel like my bra was squeezing my ribs so tight I couldn't breathe and I have to take it off no matter where I was. It really really feels like you can't breathe and freaks you out.
I haven't had this yet, but I work in a really old building with no elevators, and I work on the third floor. I also am going between floor a lot. I'm expecting a lot of misery in 3rd tri.
I was getting paranoid so I'm glad it's not just me. I get especially winded when I'm eating and talking a lot. I'm a teacher, so I talk constantly and find that I have to stop and take a deep breath every once in awhile.
