Andrea, masculine or feminine?

I love the name Andrea and to me it sounds feminine, however, some sites list the meaning to be Warrior or Masculine.  Do you think of it as a masculine or feminie name?

its ok IMO.....I do think more masculine but thats because the Andrea I knew was.....hard to say

I only know female Andreas here in the U.S.  But I've heard it as a male's name in other countries.  Example:  the Italian singer Andrea Bocelli.

THIS.

It's my mum's name and she was born in France to a dutch mother and Portugese father.. so I'm not sure if they just liked the name.. or? But I do see it as feminine by association. Also, never met a male Andrea {Just an Andreas}.

The only language I am aware that it is a masculine name with the a on the end is Italian. Otherwise, Andrea is a girl's name to me and Andre and Andres are boys' names.

Definitely a womans name...unless you were in italy...and

there are very few italian male names that end in A as well.

Haha mine too, and neither have I . People I meet usually tell me it's pretty (Not that they would tell me it's ugly to my face).
