Unhappy with my Cottonbabies order

I was so excited to get home to my fluffy mail today, but I just opened it, and I'm a little let down.

My free Babylegs were not included (I used the coupon code, and it applied), and almost all of the BG AIO's have loose threads. I got them, because the were so cheap and I already use them and like them, but I expected the quality to be on par with the items I already had. Of course they were all final sales, so I can't return them.

I may send them an email anyway though.

Just venting.

  • Def. Call. I love cottonbabies and their customer service is AWESOME! Though the AIO's may be final, you will probably get sent the baby legs=)

  • Yup, call, I had gotten some of the sale AIO's, one of the swen in inserts was fraying, she exchanged it right away!

    Their customer service is awesome if you can get a hold of them, I'd definitely call about the BabyLegs and the loose threads. I haven't had the greatest success emailing so I'd try calling.

    This is not necessarily true.  Another bumpie has been having a really difficult time with them in the past couple weeks. 

    But you certainly should get in touch about the babylegs.  And I would ask if they could replace the BG's.  You should include pics in an email.

  • That other bumpie would be me.  Their CS is below average IMO.  I feel the communication is lacking; I had to inquire about my order rather than receive notification that there was a delay.  Plus, when it finally came, one of the inserts wasn't serged completely and is falling apart.  I did get a "We're sorry.  We'll send you another insert" response when I told them about it but nothing more than fhat.  No tracking number or "It will be sent out right away" so I have no idea when to expect it.  I doubt that I will be ordering from them again.

  • My experience with their customer service was a bit disappointing at first too.  I placed an order based on the description of the item (said it was a package of 3 doubler inserts).  When I received my order, it was only 1/3 of how many I expected there to be.   I went back to their website to check the description and then I guess they eventually realized the error and corrected it. So I emailed customer service to let them know and the first email I got back was a "Sorry you're confused, but no it never said that." Which bothered me even more.  Other people on their facebook page also questioned whether the package would include 3 inserts like the description read, but no one ever replied.  So I wrote back again, and again was told that the website never said that, and all questions about the quantity were answered on the facebook page.  BUT they would send me a few more since I was expecting to receive more.

     Long story short...I was annoyed with the first response I received when I clearly know what was advertised, but after pursuing the issue, they made it right and I left satisfied.

  • I haven't had good luck with CB either. I probably won't order from them again. First, I had a hell of a time getting a hold of them. I had to call a dozen times before I could even get through. It sucked. Eventually they gave me my money back. It took several weeks though.
