So tired of the nausea and fatigue

I was feeling pretty good this morning and afternoon. I usually feel ok during those times but I am not even sure I had a single bout of nausea today.  Then comes late afternoon...cue nausea.  I haven't had a single evening of relief from this for weeks now.  I just want it to start tapering off soon.  is that too much to ask? :(  I feel like i am not strong enough to handle this much longer.  I need to get dinner ready and entertain my 2 year old soon and all I can think about is going to bed (even though I don't sleep well at all).  Sorry for the vent...I am just hoping for a little relief soon.

  • earlier today, I didnt feel nauseous 2 hours after eating like I seem to have been doing.  I panicked.  I thought something happened to the baby. so for me- nausea- equals fetal growth. I will keep the nausea.  however, mine is not that bad.  no throwing up and the nausea goes away when I eat.  If it gets worse, I may change my tune.

  • I haven't had nausea yet *knock on wood* but I stocked up on some things I read helps for when and if it begins.

"Preggie Pop's" - bought them at BabiesRus

Pickled Ginger - they also have ginger pills....I have a book that says it's perfectly safe to take them, but I would talk to your doctor first to to be safe.

Lemons - I read somewhere that Ice water and lemons really help! Also try sniffing the lemon, my book suggests cutting up pieces and putting them in a zip lock back so you can carry them around.

Sea bands - I get soooo sea sick every time I go on cruises and this is the ONLY thing that helps me. They also started making "fashionable ones" specifically for pregnant women...not that fashion is really what your thinking about.

I hope you find some relief soon!
