I feel like I can't get excited either becasue I don't want to get hurt again.. anyone else having this issue.. sorry to be a downer
Re: worried about miscarriage :(
I'm so sorry about your previous loss. I think whether someone has had a miscarriage before or not, they still worry about it. You aren't being a "downer" at all about it, you are being human. It's completely understandable.
I don't have any real advice to offer since I haven't been in your shoes, but I think the "worrying" is just a never ending part of parenting. It starts at the first positive test and goes on, as a parent you never stop worrying about your child. Don't get too down on yourself about not being overly excited, but also allow yourself to get excited. Many women have miscarriages and go on to have healthy, happy children.

I am also in that boat. It is very difficult to not be a constant nervous wreck. You may want to look at the "pregnant after a loss" and "pregnant after IF" boards. They can be quite reassuring, and it is women who have had similar experiences.
H&H 9 months to you!
