Normally when I am training and doing long runs I take gummy bears with me for energy. What healthy energy sources did you take with you if you did long runs while pregnant? What about Gu?
While I'm still TTGP I use dried fruit on my long runs for energy. Since it's a safe food during pregnancy I intend to keep packing my pinapple rings when I hit the road.

I just use the same routine I did when I was not pregnant: gu and gatorade for any run longer than 6 miles/1 hour.
Gummy bears don't provide any electrolytes.
