Thanks!  It went well!  The tech had me scared to death b/c she was so quiet and I just saw a big black empty sac.  Then she pointed out the yolk sac, but made no mention of a fetal pole.  I was thinking the worst.  Then she says "oh, here's the heartbeat!" ... I couldn't even see the baby!  lol  But we saw the heartbeat!  Everything is just so tiny and fuzzy right at 6 weeks. 

I go back for u/s at 7w, 8w, and 9w and my RE will decide at 9w to keep me a bit longer (up to 12w) or release me to an OB at 10w.  Hoping to be able to see a little more next week, but just so happy to see the heartbeat today.  Best birthday gift ever!!  (it's my b-day today, so it was either going to be the best or worst b-day ever.)
