Worried at the end of my 5th week =/

March 2011 in 1st Trimester

We just found out we're pregnant last week. I've had every symptom in the book for about 3 weeks now (minus throwing up), yet all of a sudden today I don't feel as bad as I'll usually feel. Everything went down in pain about 10 notches out of nowhere. Should I worry?

I know its worrisome when you don't "feel pregnant" but I am sure you will feel it again in no time.
