MS cure?

I was almost worried that i havent had any m/s so far...but i think i figured it out..A few weeks before BFP i decided to go on a diet, which mainly consisted of completly giving up soda, which a drank ALOT of...but I was also counting calories (1600 day)  in order to maintain this I had been premaking myself lots of healthy snacks to much on at my desk at work..it was almost like my body knew before I did, cause I am normally a terrible eater...but since i have found out I have been eating even healthier..to the point where people at work were starting to make comments..so this morning I went with my old standby. ..a egg and cheese on crossiant sandwhich.  OMGsh i felt  SOOOOOO terrible.  so I finished the day with eating my foods about 1 an hour or so.  none have more than 150 calories...then i had to go to dinner tonight and pretend to be a normal person.  I felt terrible again.  at one point i thought i was going to lose my lunch right there.

so Im sure of it now.  teensy meals all day long and make sure they are healthy and I feel great. (at least not nauseaus I still have the sorest boobs on the planet and chronic sleepyness)

praying for a miracle ..

  • I notice the small meals do help but I've done enough dry heaving and everything in between to know that what works for one with M/S doesn't work for everyone.

Good job with all your healthy meals!

  • Small meals definitely help with mild ms.  I'm at home with DD this time around and I'm able to snack all day.  It seems to be helping too.

Glad you found something that works for you!!!
