Hello Everyone,
My husband and I are having a hard time deciding on a name for our first baby due in May. Our top choice are...
1. Olivia
2. Kaelyn
3. Morgann
4. Rylin
But nothing stands out at me like oh that is her name. I like Grace as a middle name but probably would spell it Grayce. I am open to any suggustions on names. Thanks a ton!
Also I am opening to other peoples name ideas bc at this point I am our baby girl will never have a name. I like unique but not super crazy names.
Re: Need help with a name PLEASE
Why would you spell it "Grayce"? Why not just go with the traditional spelling, Grace?
Of those names, Olivia is pretty. I like Morgan, but not with two n's.
Olivia Grace is nice. The y stuck in the name Grace is unnecessary and annoying.
A student of mine is named Morgan and is such a spunky, happy child, so I like that name, too, spelled this way only.
Kaelyn and Rylin are both too trendy for my liking and both spellings you've proposed are atrocious.
Morgan would be an okay choice, but only if you spell it correctly. Adding an extra N to the ending does NOT make a unisex name look more feminine and, in this case, actually changes the pronunciation. So while I know you want it pronounced Morgan, it actually reads mohr-GANN, with the emphasis on the second syllable.
Olivia by default.

2. Kaelyn: trendy, weird spelling
3. Morgann: unnecessaryy NN endingg
4. Rylin: trendy, masculine, bad
5. Grace: fine
6. Grayce: maykes me enrayged
I can live with some modern names, but these spellings are pretty bad.
If you like Kaelyn, you might like Caitlin or Kayla.
If you like Rylin, you might like Reina or Rory.

I think the spellings of Kaelyn and Morgann look totally awkward. Grayce is also a spelling I'd side-eye, but I think its fine in the MN position.
I've never heard of Rylin, but I'm not loving it.
Olivia is a beautiful name. Olivia Grace would be a great choice!
Olivia. And please if you use Grace don't throw a Y in there... (pet peeve).
If you like Kaelyn do you like Kayla or Caris? Maybe put your top 5 into Nymbler and see what else it spits out?

Olivia Grace (spelled this way and ONLY this way)
Is your N key stuck? That's the only reason I can see as to why there'd be two Ns on Morgan.
Kaelyn and Rylin are awful and would fall into the "super crazy" category for me. Sorry.
You still have some time. When the right name comes along, you'll know.

Olivia Grace
Please stick to traditional spellings. Morgan is OK, but I don't like Kaelyn or Rylin. They are way too cutesy for me.
Just one more thing: Grace is not just a name but an actual word. There is an actual correct way to spell it, which makes it even more important that you spell it correctly IMO. Spelling it differently is not creative, just illiterate.
Another option would be to use the MN Gray. Olivia Gray would be lovely, a bit more unique but not weird.
Morgan Olivia or Olivia Grace
Olivia Grace. There's no Y in Grace.
Love Olivia Grace ::points to DD's middle name::
Olivia was one of our top 4 choices too. Going into the hospital we had two names Camila and Isabel and waited to see her.. still didn't 100% decide until we filled out the birth certificate. haha so I know how you feel but I swear, the name will come to you. GL!
