    My goals have changed. I am no longer doing WW because I wasn't losing on PP. I am doing MyFitnessPal. And I am doing running and spinning.

    Weekly Questions

    1.How did your week go? Freakin AWESOMESAUCE!
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I am down
    3.How much are you down total? 11 lbs total. 6 this week! And I can zip my boots up over my calves without doing some weird contortionist move to get them on. (And they are loose!!)
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I added another lone spin "class" to my routine last night and I LOVED it.
    5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). I downloaded "Spin Coach. Volume 1" to my iPod yesterday and it kicked my butt. It was weird doing a spin class all by myself, but it was an awesome workout. I rocked it!
    6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I am just going to keep on trucking. I think I might try Zumba tomorrow night, but I am still on the fence about leaving Nate with the baby one more night a week to exercise.

    1.How did your week go? Eh. It's going, eating well, and exercising well but darn AF is right there waiting to sabotage!
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I am down
    3.How much are you down total? 11 lbs total.  Had a rough 2 weeks, was up the week we didn't do FUfat, then lost all of what I was up, now down half a lb from my weight in on Monday am.
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I quit running, I hate it.  I've been doing the 30 day shred 4-5 times a week now.  I can see a big difference in my legs, arms and shoulders.
    5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). nope
    6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I think starting this week and next week I am going to try something different with WW.  I'm afraid I've stalled since I lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks.  But I think if I vary my pts day to day IE: meet the pts one day, next day go under and vary it every day I might get results.

    TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
