Hey all,
I have been googling like crazy looking for a good do-it-yourself website. I plan on refurbishing some pieces and making a lot of the decorations myself for the nursery, but I need a little inspiration and tips on things I've never done before. I'm really just looking for more instruction, tips and sample rooms with mismatched furniture. So...any website or even book suggestions?
Thanks!
Re: Do-it-yourself nursery??
www.doorsixteen.com has some more serious DIY renovation type projects... but if you're planning to do anything more than refinishing a chair or a dresser, it might be helpful- especially for product/paint recommendations!!!
www.designspongeonline.com has a DIY tab that pulls all their DIY posts (which are done regularly. Their Before/After gallery is also full of some great inspiration projects!

Dido! I have recently found some inspiration on etsy! I plan on making paper flowers for our little girls room to go with the PBK spring bouquet nursery bedding! Good Luck!
