Get together- would this be weird?

I booked a babysitter for Friday night (it was months ago) and totally forgot about it. She just called to remind me.

So, DH and I could have a date night, but I was excited to go to the get together...

What should I do?

Go to the get together and cancel the sitter?

Bring Dh along to the g2g for a drink? (we wouldn't stay long)

Or make it a night out with DH, which we never ever do...

This Friday or next? Isn't the GTG next Friday (on the 11th)? If it really does conflict, I'd totally go the route of a date night with DH. I love you all, but I love alone time with my DH more.

Honestly, if you "never ever" do night outs with YH, I would make it a date night.

IMO - as much fun as the GTG would be, I think spending that time with YH would be more important.
