Creating a will?

Now that we have a little one on the way, I think my DH and I should put together a will.

Does anyone have any software recommendations or templates designed for will created in Minnesota? I don't think ours will be very complicated, so I'd rather not pay for a lawyer.

    Our state farm agent recommended some online sites such as legalzoom.com.  I think Quicken also has software you can buy, download and create a will on your own.  We are in the process of deciding which route to go right now as well!

    I would be weary of online forms/templates.  They are not always accurate or up to date for the State Laws. 

    Consulting a lawyer may be in your best interest, they can advise you of things you may not have thought of for your specific situation.
