Anyone care to comment on our final list?

We've only got two months before our first is due, and DH and I still haven't decided on a name. I'd love any thoughts you have (good or bad) on our top picks:

Milo

Maxwell and Oliver for sure! Maxwell is one of our top boys names too and Oliver is our dog's name. He's an awesome dog though, so don't take offence.

Heath, Miles, and Theodore are my favorites, I think, but really....I seriously love them all.

I love Miles. Heath is nice too. I never hear that one. Not a fan of Maxwell. Milo sounds like a pet's name. Oliver and Theodore are NMS.

Excellent list! 

If I had to say something bad about one of them, I would say that Maxwell makes me think of coffee and Heath reminds me too much of Heath Ledger (and the Joker is SCARY).

My favorites would probably be Milo and Theodore...but I do seriously like them all very much.

My favorites are Theodore and Maxwell, but it's because I have a secret love for the short names, like Theo (LOVE!) and Max.

Heath - Great name - strong, masculine, and underused IMO.

Maxwell - Blah, nothing wrong with it, but I'm so over the millions of little max's running around. Way too popular for my tastes.

Miles - Fine.  NMS, strikes me as a little yuppie/pretentious, but overall fine.

Milo - Dislike.  A lot.

Oliver - Also dislike.

Theodore - Another great name choice.  I like this one and Heath the best from your list.
