Curious. Before I had my first I was tall and skinny. Now I'm tall and not so skinny. Just wondering what a healthy weight goal should be.

Re: What would you consider a healthy weight for 5'9"?
155 would put you smack in the middle of the "normal" BMI range. Granted, most people think BMI is outdated, inaccurate, and full of variables, but it's a starting place.
I am 5'11" and look best at 155 or under. I am 165 now. I don't think it's considered overweight, but at the end of the normal BMI range.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I am 5'9" and I've always thought a healthy weight for me is around 150lbs (I have a medium build). Maintaining 150 means eating right and excercising a couple of times a week. Unfortunately I haven't seen that number on the scale for a few years
I am 5'7" and about 140, smack dab in the middle of a 'healthy' BMI range. Like PPs, my first guess would be 150 based on my own weight/height.
If you go by BMI alone, 158 would still put you in the 'healthy' category (just on the higher end). Like others have said though, it depends a lot on your body type, muscle tone, etc.
I'm 165 lbs. right now and wearing a size 12. I'm smaller on top and bigger on the bottom, pear shaped? I guess. I'd like to get down to a size 8 so I'm guessing I've got about 20 lbs more to lose before that happens.
My muscle tone has always sucked but it's even worse now b/c of the 3 months of bedrest and month of recovering from my c-section.
