Finally got a meeting

with the cranio-facial surgical team at Children's Hospital on Friday to talk about what will happen and approximately what time frame his 2 surgeries will take place. It will be nice to finally have some answers about what and when things will happen the first year of his life.

Ciarra - I have a friend who's son was born with cleft palate - if you want someone to talk to who's been there, done that, I can put you in touch with her - she's very open about what she went through with him, including insensitive family (I know you mentioned some family stuff going on around this previously)
