Who to invite help!

Where I work is very small. It's me, the male boss and one female co-worker. I am definitely inviting the co-worker.  Since I've decided this will not be a co-ed event due to size I am wondering if I should invite my bosses wife? I see her maybe every other month (sometimes more) and I know she & my boss are excited for my pregnancy. I'm leaning yes but wonder if it's appropriate. 

Also, we share a suite in my office with two other ladies who work together. I see them almost daily but we don't actually work together. Should I invite them? One of them is new and the other I've known for over a year. Again, I'm leaning to invite them, but not sure if it's appropriate. I don't want them to think I just want a gift by inviting them. And if I don't invite them, will they feel left out?

If you don't see them outside of work, then no.

I feel that if you invite the DH then its polite to invite the DW. IMO

This, for all of them.  People can be excited for your pregnancy w/o being invited to your shower.  You aren't really friends w/ your bosses wife, and you know the other 2 women in passing. 

No, dont' invite them.  Showers aren't "invite everyone I know" events, they are "invite people I'm close to" events.

I agree with the above, but want to add - if you don't invite them, please don't spend your time at work talking about your shower.  That's the only way people would feel "left out."
