Jogging stroller question

Hi everyone! I don't normally post here but I have a question I hope someone can help with. I have this stroller:

The problem is the front wheel shakes so bad it feels like the whole stroller is going to fall apart!  When the wheel is on the locked position it's fine but I can't always go in a straight line.  We threw out the box before I actually tried it out so I can't return it. It's keeping me from jogging, any help would be greatly appreciated!

We had the same problem the first time we used it.  DH tightened the front bolt, and now it's much better.  If you need the manual, you can download it here:

Thank you so much!!  We did tighten it as much as possible, but we don't have the manual.

Personally I wouldn't jog without the front wheel locked. I have a BOB Ironman with a fixed front wheel so I know it can be a little more difficult to maneuver, but it just takes some getting used to. And it is MUCH safer to run with it locked.

Mine is locked too, and for a while I didn't like it, but you get used to it.
