Oh I really love your list. I would personally consider using Juliet or Elizabeth nn Betsy!!! Those are my faves. Caroline, Violet and Penelope are gorgeous classics! Great list. The only name I wouldn't use is Macy.
Ok here are the finalists, brutal honesty please....
Elizabeth (Betsy)
Caroline
Violet
Juliet
Penelope (Penny)
Macy
I wouldn't consider myself brutal, but here goes nothing:
My favorite is Juliet...classic & feminine. I don't know any Juliet's. Caroline is also very pretty, but I know many of those. Macy is spunky & interesting, a good name. Violet is not my style...I guess I just wouldn't want to be named after a color or flower, but that's just me. I'm not a fan of Penelope, but I do like sound of Penny...but it also holds the potential to be an easy target for teasing.
Elizabeth is great, but I wouldn't want to be called Betsy. That's a very popular name for a cow!!! Maybe her nickname could be Lizzy, Beth, Liz...anything but Betsy ;-)
Elizabeth- not a fan, definately not a fan of Betsy. But where I live there are a lot of middle aged, poorly dressed/done up women named Elizabeth, so it has a negative connotation with me personally.
Caroline - LOVE!!! was on my short girl list
Violet - really like, haven't really considered it, but I think it's really nice
Juiliet - reminds me of Juilie, and I find that name too common
Penelope - super cute, and fun. I like it, but it seems very peppy to me. Not a bad thing, just an observation.
Macy - meh, I know a couple who named their oldest Macy, didn't think it was a real name then, and still don't really know what to think about it. Her full name is Macy Daisy Rose (then last name) When I hear that name all I can think of is her full name.
I love Violet, Juliet, and Penelope. I think Elizabeth and Caroline are a bit common for my taste and I'm not a fan of Macy. I just think of the store.

I like all of them except Macy. It is too cutesy for me.
Caroline is classic but a little boring, IMO.
My favorites are Betsy, Violet and Penny.
Great list!
We have adorable neighbors named Penelope (Penny), Violet, and Macy (not siblings.)
Juliet and Violet are on my short list. LOVE them.
I love your list.
My favourite would be Caroline or Juliet. I love Elizabeth and Violet a lot as well. Penelope is cute. Macy is NMS.

Elizabeth (Betsy) - I like Elizabeth but really dislike the nn Betsy. I prefer Liz, Beth, or Eliza for a nn.
Caroline - LOVE it, classic and feminine
Violet - like it
Juliet - like it
Penelope (Penny) - strongly dislike
Macy - It's okay, but it reminds me of Teen Mom or the store Macy's.
Love Elizabeth ...HATE Betsy ugh
Caroline is nice but oh some popular at the moment
Violet is ok
Juliet is my fav on the list
Penelope...one of those names that makes me cringe
Macy great store
Wow, you can't go wrong!
I LOVE Juliet but my husband said "no"!

I think you have a great list of names here, good luck narrowing it down!
Elizabeth - Okay, but hate Betsy.
Caroline - Classic and beautiful
Violet - Love.
Juliet - LOVE, this is my favorite of your names. It was on my list, but husband vetoed it.
Penelope - Very nice, but not a fan of Penny.
Macy - Not a fan of at all. reminds me of macy's to much. Seems like a 'cheap' kind of name.

I really like:
Elizabeth (Betsy)
Caroline
Violet
Penelope (Penny)
I like that people are using the "classic" names again.
I don't care for any of these but if I HAD to choose my fave it'd be Penelope.
Elizabeth is more of a mn to me.
I'm OVER Caroline, Violet, Juliet and Penelope on this board.
Macy makes me think of Teen Mom or the dept store.
