Help! Children's Play Hair Dye Won't Wash Out

No...not my hair. My niece went on a play date this weekend and the girls were playing with Children's play hair dye. My sister has washed it 6 times, and used clarifying shampoo and the hot pink, blue and purple aren't coming out. Any suggestions? My niece has lighter colored hair if that makes any difference.

What was the brand? My niece had a similar experience and what was supposed to be in for a day or two lasted about a month.

Not sure what brand. I think my sis is trying to find out. I told her it is likely going to take a month to wash out. Especially since she has light hair. Yikes!

try dishwashing detergent or prell shampoo.  When my stylist dyed my hair too dark , my sil, who owns a salon in iowa recomended it.   something harsh and stripping
