Elevating one end of crib mattress?

Has anyone been instructed to do this?  If so, what did you use and how is it working out?

We elevated one side of thebassinet itself with bed risers; however, we found that his reflux was just as bad elevated as not. I think it does wwork for a lot of LOs though. Good luck!

We have one of our extra pillows under one end of the mattress.  Seems to be helping his reflux, he rarely spits up when he's sleeping in there.  Only issue is that he scoots in his sleep (he's a kicker and wiggles all over the place!) and sometimes ends up at the other end of the mattress, so we've been trying to figure out how to make a "nest" for him to keep him where he should be.  We tried a receiving blanket, but he made it past that, so we're going to try a rolled up towel next.

there is a wedge that you can buy to put under the mattress. we had to do this with DS when he got sick. before we got the wedge I would use the boppy pillow and tha worked really well.

DS#1 had sever reflux problems until he was about 1 year old. We elevated mattress significantly (40 degrees or so) using a stack of books under the mattress (rather than under the bed itself). Then we used a Tucker Sling: https://www.tuckersling.com/khxc/index.php?app=ccp0&ns=catshow&ref=CribMattress&sid=gaof1g7d7ce3le137004c2a12iy38542
