White bumps around LOs bottom hole

He poops every 36-48 hours and it's pretty firm and he screams getting the initial poop out then the rest comes out soft. Today I noticed white bumps/speckles around his anus. Is this related to his pooping? Anyone experience this? They have now been in gentlease for about 3+ weeks and are still adjusting I'm assuming... Does it take this long? Should I switch formulas? The other ones poop is not that hard. TIA
