I have been indulging in caffine here and there, mainly for energy reasons (but not much because then I'm just in the bathroom more often). But obviously I don't over indulge. Anyway, I have been craving Green Apple Jones soda for about a week now and could not find it anywhere. Well, I found some and read the label before I guzzled down three or four of them and it doesn't say anything about caffine. So, should I assume that it is decaf or should I assume it has caffine since it is a "soda". It that something they are required by law to put on the label?
I mainly question because early on in my pregnancy I told my mom I was drinking Arizona Arnold Palmers and she said "don't those have caffine since they have tea in them?". I checked the label and it doesn't state that it has caffine, but my mom (a nurse and someone who reads labels of everything - she recently lost over 100lbs) said that I should assume that it does.
What do you gals think? Should I assume there is caffine in my wonderful Jones Soda.
Re: Caffine - not the normal ? about if I can drink it.......
Some Jones does and some doesn't. It appears that green apple is caffeine free. Scroll to about the middle of the page and you'll find the green apple. Enjoy!

If it has caffeine, it's going to be listed in the ingredients so I'd just check there instead of looking for "caffeine-free" on the label. Also, on a side note, you can still consume small amounts of caffeine on a daily basis w/o harm (unless of course directed otherwise for health issue purposes by your doc). I believe it's 25mg a day, which is about a can of reg. soda. Of course don't take my word, but that's what I've read and have been told by docs (not people who think they're docs :-)
If all else fails, you can Google it or contact them and ask! Enjoy your drink regardless!
