custody questions-kinda long

basically my SO has joint custody of his daughter with his BM, but when they went to get their divorce the judge granted her supervised visits because my ex has started a CPS case against me and SO because he was pissed that I had moved on....so now the case has been closed due to no evidence of abuse found and he wants to go to court to get the supervised visits dropped....anyone know how hard this is to do? the BM wont let him talk to his daughter and they live in Texas and we live in Illinois

to make the situation worse BM found out that we were expecting and is now saying she is going to take him to court for sole custody, anyone know how this will work if she does decide to go??

It depends on the judge and your situation.  How old is the child?
