People kept telling me that, too, but not one woman in my family has ever made it to her due date, so I just ignored them. Sure enough, DS was 11 days early, and DD was 8 days. I've finally convinced my dr. that this little guy will probably come sooner than the 7 days he allows for scheduled c/s (he won't schedule them sooner usually), and he has agreed to schedule me up to 11 days early!
I didn't vote because I was induced at 38 1/2 weeks, but I was already 3.75 inches dilated and 75% effaced for like a week before that! Once the pitocin started, my water broke within minutes and my son was born about 5 hours later. I don't think I would have made it much longer...
My DS was 10 days early. Luckily I was already off work but for less than a week. I definitely had that nesting thing going on. I couldn't stop cleaning/organizing that week before he arrived. DH thought I was nuts, I'm not a cleaner/organizer.
I was scheduled to be induced right at 38 weeks, 6 days for showing beginning signs of pre-e, but went into labor the night before on my own at 38 weeks, 5 days. I was in total denial that I could be in labor, since I was more than a week early & kept hearing how most first time babies are late!
DS came at 40 weeks 4 days. I'm hoping this one comes early...I'm already over being pregnant! Im the middle of 3 and my older sister was late...but I was early. So hopefully this one follows suit!

41 weeks exactly.
I'm surprised so many women went before their due dates!
