Oh no Lo got sent home from dc. So she had a cough 2 wish ago got put on inhaler. It got better then came back on inhaler again. Still there but not bad.....but now fever. Hmmm?
Getting better, than a recurring fever, indicates a secondary infection, typically an ear infection. I would take her into the doctor to be checked out.
My daughter had a nasty cough/cold for about a week, with which, she ran a fever every day for almost a week. She seemed to be on the mend, hadn't run a fever in about 5 days and suddenly spiked a fever again. I took her in and the pedi told me I'd done the right thing, especially since she did have an ear infection.
