New to the boards and everything else, where do I start?

Hi ladies. My husband and I are just starting the process of trying to conceive. We both have medical issues that affect our fertility and so we need to see someone about treatment options. Where do we start? We are without insurance at this time, not that fertility treatments are covered. Does anyone know of a fertility clininc or reproductive endrocronolgist that offers a free intial consultation? What are my first steps? Who should I be calling? Where do I start?
