Coconut Milk Ice Cream. I had to cut it out for months, but it's back, & I'm sooooooo happy.
Rice Chex & Nana's Cookie Bars are great for on the go. I'll break up a cookie bar for Ari too - he likes the banana flavor.
Fruit is another hit here.
I went pistachio crazy this weekend. My mom sent me garlic pistachios from a local farm and I pretty much ate them until my mouth was raw. I also do a lot of apples and celery with peanut or sunflower butter.
DD is down to 1 nursing session during the week and two on weekends. I'm not trying to rush the weaning process but I can almost taste the pizza and the raviolis and the grilled cheese and....At least when weaning does happen I will be able to bury my sorrows in dairy.
Week # 2 of corn-free, gluten-free, soy-free.
I am pleased to find that I can have eggs and dairy!! YIPPEEEEEE
My new favorite things are hummus chips and home-made salsa.
Oh! these are really good, and the only ingredient is organic apples!
