Which baby video monitor & why?

I wanted to know what other mom's & mom's-to-be picked for a video monitor.  

In doing my reviews I have been torn between

1. Summer Infant Best View Handheld Color Video Monitor

(and then what appears to be their newest video monitor)

2.Summer Infant baby Touch Color Video Monitor

If you registered or purchased one of these why? Also open to other suggestions?

I just ordered the Best View, it had the best reviews from what I could find

I am going with the best view as well due to reviews.  I had it on my Amazon wish list and it disappeared due to the recall I think.  I was thinking of getting it from Target for $180.  Where are you thinking of getting it from and price?
