Potentially Stupid Question

Is there a point when round ligament pain goes away during pregnancy...ie morning sickness should get better or go away by around 12 wks +/-?  B/C this sucks!

Re: Potentially Stupid Question

  • So far not for me.  I've had it practically since the day I learned I was pregnant.

  • I thought mine went away for awhile, but it's sort of come back recently, and there was a girl at my prenatal yoga class yesterday at 30something weeks who said she had it really bad - soo... no, I don't think it goes away!

Me too and now it's getting to the point where I'm doubled over for 45 minutes when I over do say vacuuming :( Man; I guess then the answer is when the baby comes! lol

    Thanks ladies

Same here but it's not AS often anymore. Used to I'd get it anytime I rolled over in bed or sat up!

  • I've been pretty lucky so far I've only experienced the pain a couple of times I've heard it gets pretty bad for people as the baby gets bigger.

  • Unfortunately I think it just gets worse as the baby gets bigger. No fun.
  • My pain hasn't gone away, but it does feel better or worse depending on my activities during the day.  It has helped to wear a support belt on the days that I do more standing and walking at work.
