I have been having a lot of nausea and diarrhea for the last few hours. I am dizzy and have a headache and everytime I walk anywhere I feel wobbly like I am going to fall down. Drinking water makes my nausea worse.
I spoke to a nurse at the Dr.s office and she suggested I see my PCP since the baby is moving and I am not having any discharge. I really think that I am dehydrated though. I dont know whether to listed to the nurse and just go home or ignore her and go to the ER anyways. What do you think?

Re: When to go to the ER
I agree with PP. Or go to an urgent care. Urgent Care in my area is pretty fast and they can make the determination whether or not fast-tracking hospital admission is necessary.
I hope you feel better!
Some Urgent Care will not see pregnant women so always call first. I had the flu last month and went to the urgent care. The recepionist told me she didn't think the dr would see me but she went and asked just in case. The dr said he would see me but then when my flu test came back positive he wouldn't prescribe me anything!! I had to call my OB office who then called in a prescription of tami-flu for me.
