Sunday:
Monday: 3 mile walk
Tuesday: 2 mile walk
Wednesday: 3 mile walk
Thursday: 1 mile walk
Friday: 4 mile walk
Saturday: 20 minutes of sit-ups/push-ups/lunges/basically whatever I can do inside during nap time
I'm starting back up at the gym this week, so I can do more than just walking. I'd like to run a half marathon in November, so I have to get back in shape. I'd also like to start doing tri's next year.

*I have a general goal of just getting back to PP weight. I'm still up 12 lbs. I also work towards drinking more water and eating healthier. I have a problem of "snacking" at night while I Bump.
*I broke down and ordered HCG last night. I've done it before so if there are 'haters' - it worked for me prior to getting pregnant so I'm doing it again. I am much more toned, have more energy and endurance from doing the 30 Day Shred but I am not happy with my overall body. I just appear chubby and my clothes are tight. I was looking at pictures of me on HCG and I was literally skinny. I was even reading in my journal I wrote, that at one point, I hoped to not lose any more weight because I didn't want to get "too" skinny. Aww.... I cannot wait to be at that point again.
My main goal is to get back into doing 30 DS. I slacked the last 3 days & don't want to make that a habit. And Hopefully move up to level 2 Sunday or Monday. I am still following the easier girl. (So not sure moving up is possible)

10 days post c-section dr. just cleared me today to do some walking as I felt I could and to increase it by 5 minute increments every few days. I am so excited to start working out again and to join the new weekly check ins.
Any advice to get the weight loss jump started would be appreciated? I know i have a long way to go before I can do a strenous workout, but would love to know what you ladies in the beginning.
There is a 23 and 40 day protocol. I had less than 15 pound to lose so I did the 23 days. I do self injections, not the drops. You will also see Trudeau vs. Simeons. Yes - their website is riddled with typos but don't let that discourage you. Bob is obviously the one creating the site. They are great though. I did months of research before trying this is the first time. You have to be 100% dedicated. You can only eat 500 calories a day from a list of given foods. After your 23 days, you enter phase 3 which lasts 3 weeks where you can eat whatever except sugars/starches. You then enter phase 4 where you start to add those back slowly. Read the Pounds and Inches book online. You can find it from that site or google it. Then, I suggest checking out forums, similar to this. I learned a lot from other people doing it. I did suffer bad mood swings while on the shots. I also was really weak and dizzy for awhile. That only lasted a short time though and then I was on cloud 9 from being so excited. Two big side effects from this (for me) were my period lasted almost the entire time and I had bad hair loss about 4 months after. I actually went and saw 2 different specialists because I was so scared but then realized it was a side effect of the HCG. You hair will grow back though.
I could go on and on. If you want to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, if you are 100% dedicated to this and are commited, then you might want to give it a shot. Your DH also needs to understand that things will be different from here on out so make sure he is on board too.
I dont think I could give myself shots everyday, that scares me! I will look more into it since I will have to stop shredding on the 11th since I am having my cervix scrapped & cauterized (sp). I think I have to act like I was PP no exercising, nothing inserted, no tampons or sex & bleeding for awhile, NOT excited!!
I will only do the HCG if my SO will do it with me since it is basicly a lifestyle change. He has more weight to loose than I do so maybe he will be all for it. (fingers crossed)
