How much to donate to church for baptism?

We're thinking 100 max. Is that about right? Too much/too little?

We were told anywere from $50-$200. We had one of our guests give that as a gift to the church for LO baptism gift. I think he gave $200 which was nice.

I know for weddings it can be $100 to $500, so for a small baptism I think $100 sounds right. $50 sounds like okay, but it is a church, they could use the money.

We did $50 to the church and also gave the deacon who performed the baptism a $25 Visa gift card.
