Am I the only insane one?

I feel like the further along I get: 1.  The less patience I have in general and 2.  I go from happy to having NEGATIVE patience/tolerance for anyone w/in a 5 mile radius of me instantly.  Anyone else experiencing sweet mood swings like this? 

I'm really hoping this has to do with winter time and the lack of sunshine vs. pregnancy related...

No, it isn't just you. I've got a lot lower tolerance for people lately. And my "filter" is definitely not what it once was (or should be).  I've gotten a little too "tell it like it is" lately and need to try harder to reign myself in.

I don't know what is causing it, I'm assuming hormones, but I am definitely right there with you! Hope this passes quickly or I figure out a way to deal with it.

yes. I've been fed up and down. I just wrote a whole sob story blog and honestly just cried all alone earlier. It has to do with bedrest and being lonely in my case though I know it's just a phase but this is so not me.

I feel like the a total biotch most of the time lately.  It doesn't help when my husband comes home from a 5 day trip to WI with an xbox from my BIL and plays some stupid fighting game ON FULL VOLUME all the time now!  I could kill my BIL and my husband is about to get the same fate!

All of this, especially at work when people annoy me. I have to remind myself to be professional sometimes.

You just explained me to a T. Yup, totally have big mood swings. I just told my dog I wanted to throw him across the room because he was whining....right as I was opening this thread up. lol

I am definitely more cranky nowadays and it has nothing to do with lack of sunshine - I get plenty of that here in FL. I can't say that I'm the most patient person in general, but I'm definitely less patient and more moody now that I'm pregnant. I just don't feel well a lot of the time b/c I still have nausea and I'm not getting quality sleep anymore....I miss sleeping on my stomach so bad!!

I've definitely have had my ups and downs lately. For me though it's the bittersweetness of getting laid off and having more time to get ready for the baby. I wish I could do both, keep my identity as a healthcare worker and a responsible mother at the same time.
