This started to happen a little when the DH worked A TON one week. It helped to have him and I kind of hold her "together". Like I'd be holding her and he'd be right next to me talking and cooing over her. Then he'd hold her and I'd stay around talking and cooing at her. Then after a couple of minutes I left her with him.
We struggled with this for a little while too. Basically I told DH he had to spend more time with DS, and encouraged them to have alone time when DH gets home from work. I had to sit nearby at first and talk to DS so he knew I was still there, but eventually I could walk away and leave them alone. Everything seems fine now!
Once this colicky baby gets going, only the boob can calm her down. Usually DH can hold her for a while, but forget the grandmas and grandpa. She screams right away. I feel awful about it.

It seems to have worked.
