rice cereal?

has anyone given this to their LO for acid reflux? DS is 12 weeks today and still screaming every night for 2-3 hours. we're on baby zantac...dosage and frequency has been increased, we started chamomile tea during these cries and still no luck. His dr recommended 1 tsp per ounce for his last night feed but I thought he was too young for RC.

My LO is 11 weeks, and for almost 2 weeks now we have been giving her rice cereal in her formula.

She is still drinking enough fluids during the day, 4oz bottles during the day, and 1  6oz bottle at night.

In the 4oz bottles we add a scoop and half (use the scooper from the formula)

In the 6oz bottles I usually do 2 scoops. 

Some say 1 scoop for every 2 ozs. but this has worked for us. Others say don't do it at all.

However, my LO will sleep 8-10 hours at night and the spit up is very very minimal in comparison to what it had been prior to doing this.

We did it with our first son and it worked really well.  We added 1 tsp per 2 ounces.  Is your LO formula-fed?  I don't know how you'd add rice cereal if he's BF.

thanks! DS get EBM and FF. His night feedings are usually formula.
