what to pair w/ brussel spouts?

I got some sprouts at the farmers' market yesterday and need to make them tonight. the only time we ever eat brussel sprouts is at t-giving/ christmas when my mom makes 'em.

so, gimme some protein ideas, would ya?

We love brussel sprouts, especially Abby.  We have had them as a side with just about anything, pork, chicken, steak.

Baked ham is always nice too.  Ha, always.  Like I've ever eaten a brussel sprout.

Fish or a seafood is really good with brussel sprouts too. Last time we cooked brussel sprouts we had it with some steaks.

you totally read my mind.  In fact, I was writing the SAME EXACT THING when my phone decided to be stupid and not let me publish it.  So then I got on my mom's computer and wrote a much more helpful (wink) response.

mmmm bsprouts are the bomb!

 

At our farmers market there was a both claiming to have "the worlds best" bsprouts. we intend to find out next week
